Do you want to return a product? This is how returns work at OPPO Benelux.
Register within 14 days
You can return your order within 14 days. Contact us with your order number and the reason for your return, and we will arrange a return label and send it to your email address.
What you need to know
- You do not need to send the invoice, you can keep it.
- Products must be in good condition.
- Hygiene products such as earbuds and watches cannot be returned after opening.
- An opened phone box cannot be returned either. If it is returned anyway, we will charge a fee (restocking fee).
Afterwards
Once we have received and checked your return, we will process your refund. See our article on refunds for timing.
