We don't like complicated words. Good service and flexibility are what we stand for. If something is unclear or you need help, we are available Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Article 1 - Definitions
Consumer: the natural person who does not act for purposes related to their trade, business, craft, or professional activities.
Day: Calendar day;
Offer: Official OPPO products, including smartphones, accessories, cables, protective products.
Cooling-off period: the period within which the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal.

Article 3 - Applicability
1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers from the entrepreneur to the consumer. 2. General Terms and Conditions are made available before the distance agreement is concluded. 3. If the agreement is concluded electronically, the terms and conditions may be provided in such a way that the consumer can easily store them on a durable data carrier. If this is reasonably not possible, the consumer will be informed where the general terms and conditions can be accessed electronically, and that they will be sent to the consumer electronically or in another manner at no cost upon request. 4. If specific product or service conditions also apply in addition to these general terms and conditions, the second and third sections apply, and in case of conflicting conditions, the consumer may always rely on the provision that is most favorable to them.
Article 4 - The Offer
1. We always try to have the offered products in stock. 2. The offer always contains sufficient and detailed descriptions of the offered products. When the entrepreneur uses images, these are an accurate representation of the offered products, services, or digital content. Mistakes and errors are unavoidable for entrepreneurs as well. Therefore, obvious mistakes or errors in the offered product, services, or digital content are not binding between the entrepreneur and the buyer. 3. Every offer contains information that makes it clear to the consumer what rights and obligations are associated with the acceptance of the offer.
Article 5 - The Agreement
1. The agreement is concluded subject to Article 4 at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and complies with the conditions set. 2. If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, the entrepreneur will also confirm the receipt of the acceptance electronically. The consumer can cancel the agreement as long as the entrepreneur has not confirmed the receipt of the acceptance. 3. When the agreement is concluded electronically, the entrepreneur will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure the electronic transmission of data and ensure a secure web environment. If the consumer can pay electronically, the entrepreneur will take appropriate security measures. 4. The entrepreneur may, within legal frameworks, apply appropriate measures to determine whether the consumer can meet their payment obligations. 5. Our contact information can be found on our website, along with all the necessary information regarding returns.
Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal
1. Do you want to return a product because it's not exactly what you were looking for? No problem! You can return all products within 14 days without giving a reason. This applies to both new and refurbished products. 2. The cooling-off period starts when you receive the product. 3. If the product has been used or the packaging is damaged to the point that it can no longer be used, the cooling-off period no longer applies, but a usage period applies. The product is no longer in "shop condition," and we will consider a depreciation. This also applies to incomplete products. The amount refunded may be less than the agreed purchase price between the entrepreneur and the consumer. 4. If you wish to use your right of withdrawal, we advise you to contact us first for more information. Also, keep the shipping receipt as proof of sending.
Article 7 - Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
If the following applies, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised:
- Products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
- Products that, by their nature, have been irrevocably mixed with other items after delivery.
Article 8 - The Price
In our shop, you will find market-conform prices. These prices include VAT. The prices of our products can be adjusted daily. We aim to offer good prices for the products we offer at all times. Incorrectly communicated prices do not result in the continuation of the agreement and delivery of the relevant product at the incorrect price.
Article 9 - Conformity and Warranty
The product purchased from us is suitable for normal use. If something goes wrong within the warranty period, report the product to us. Contact us quickly via info@oppo-aed.nl
Article 10 - Delivery and Execution
We will do our best to provide you with the best service. We aim to deliver your purchased products to your home within 3 working days. If you order before 4:00 PM on a working day, we aim to deliver it to you the next day. If your chosen product is out of stock after placing the order, you can cancel your order. The purchase amount and any paid shipping costs will be refunded in that case. Incorrect delivery addresses are not our responsibility.
Article 11 - Payment
We process your order only when the payment has been received. Your product will then be prepared for shipment and handed over to our delivery partner.
